Data deletion
Last updated 25 October 2026
You can delete data Clio holds about you at any time. These instructions apply to Clio users and to people who connected Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, X, Webflow, WordPress, Mailchimp or Kit accounts to Clio.
Remove a connected account
- Sign in to Clio and open Workspace → Integrations.
- Open the connection and choose Disconnect. Clio immediately deletes its stored access tokens and cancels any scheduled publishing through that account.
- Optionally revoke Clio in the platform too: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations; LinkedIn → Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services; Google → myaccount.google.com/permissions; X → Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions.
If you remove Clio from Facebook’s Business integrations, Meta notifies us automatically and we delete the stored connection for your account.
Delete your Clio account and workspace
Email support@new-odyssey.com from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. Workspace owners can request deletion of the whole workspace, including content, brand data, connected accounts and media. We confirm within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax or security reasons (such as invoices and audit logs), which are retained only as long as required.
What gets deleted
- Access and refresh tokens for connected platforms, and the list of pages, sites, locations or audiences you selected.
- Search Console and Google Analytics data imported for your brands.
- Your account, workspace membership and, for workspace deletion, all content, generated media and brand knowledge.
Content already published to a third-party platform stays on that platform; delete it there if you want it removed.
